Do you charge for an estimate? No, all estimates are free!
How often should I have my windows cleaned? That is entirely based upon personal preference. IPWC recommends that clients have their windows cleaned at least twice a year and our Triannual Program is the most popular program.
How Much do you Charge? Because each job is so unique there isn’t one set price for all we gladly give free estimates ASAP.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, check or credit cards. All of our residential clients we ask for payment due at the time of job completion. For our commercial clients, we also offer monthly payment arrangements.
Can you remove hard water spots on windows? Hard water removal can be very tricky! However, we believe we have the technology to take down the harshest of stains. We’ll always take a close look and discuss hard water at the time of your estimate.
Do I have to be there? Finding a time during normal work hours can be hard so we do not require you to be present. We just need to know how to gain access to the inside (our clients normally leave a key in a specific location) and an email address to send an invoice.
What is your cancellation policy? We know everybody has a tight schedule so we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can accommodate other clients.
